Sintale AI is a private internal business system intended solely for authorized Sintale use. It is not a public product, subscription service, or consumer application. Access is limited to individuals expressly authorized by Sintale.
Authorized Access
Unauthorized access to or use of this system is strictly prohibited. Authorized users must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and may not share access with others.
Purpose
The system supports internal business analysis and customer management for Sintale. Users must use all information accessed through the system only for legitimate Sintale business purposes.
Acceptable Use
Users agree not to misuse the system, interfere with its operation, attempt to access data they are not authorized to view, or use the system for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
Intellectual Property
All software, designs, data, and materials within Sintale AI are the property of Sintale or its licensors. Authorized users receive only a limited right to access and use the system for internal business purposes.
Availability
Sintale aims to keep the system available for internal use, but it does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.
Termination and Changes to Access
Sintale may change, suspend, or terminate any user’s access to the system at any time, with or without notice, for any reason related to the protection or operation of Sintale’s business.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sintale is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this internal system.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the system after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
