Sintale AI is a private internal business system operated by Sintale. It is not a public software-as-a-service product and is not available to the general public. Access is restricted to authorized Sintale personnel only.

Information We Process

The system processes business and customer information that is necessary for Sintale’s internal workflows, including business analysis and customer management. This information is used solely to support Sintale’s legitimate internal operations.

Google Gmail Access

Sintale AI may connect to a single authorized Gmail account through Google OAuth. The connection is established only after the Google account owner explicitly grants authorization.

The only Gmail scope requested is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly. This scope is read-only. Sintale AI cannot send, modify, or delete Gmail messages on your behalf.

Data accessed through Gmail is used only for the internal functionality for which access was granted — specifically, reading email information required for Sintale’s internal business analysis and customer-management workflows.

Google user data obtained through this integration is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. It is not used for advertising purposes.

The Google account owner can revoke Sintale AI’s access at any time through their Google Account permissions page.

Storage of Authorization Credentials

The authorization credentials required to maintain the Gmail connection are stored using measures appropriate to the internal nature of this system. Access to stored credentials is limited to the application’s authorized operations.

Limited Use

Sintale AI’s use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access, use, and store Google user data only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and consistent with the scope of consent obtained from the Google account owner.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date shown below reflects the most recent revision.
